Ground Burial

Ground burial consists of three distinct parts. The burial right (grave), the outer burial container (vault) and the bronze memorial on a granite base. We have two options for traditional ground burial at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

  • A side-by-side ground burial is the most traditional option that inters loved ones in two plots side by side as the name suggests. This option may require additional expenses as two plots are required.
  • A double-depth ground burial inters two loved ones vertically in one plot. It uses a special type of vault that allow for the burial of one above the other. The method is normally less expensive than a side-by-side burial.

When preparing for a burial you can follow a simple three-step process: first, select a site from our 24 beautifully manicured gardens, then you will select the vault (container surrounding and protecting the coffin), and finally we can assist you in choosing and customizing a bronze memorial marker specially crafted for your loved one.
 

You can purchase the space, vault and bronze memorial separately if necessary.
 

Additionally we offer a cremation garden where your loved one’s cremated remains can be buried in a beautiful setting.
